We will intergrate a variety of movements facilitating muscle growth, strength, leaness, endurance, flexibility & rejuivanation.
Your reigime will be based on your experience & fitness level, leaning towards body weight movements to allow for fluidicty and simiplity.
By the end of the 3 months you will know what styles of movement make you feel good, how to create a flexibile workout routine & be move beyond what you thought your body could do
Nutrition
Let’s energize your gut, health & mood!
We will integrate a variety of eating habits & plant nutrients designed to love your gut, decrease inflammation, excel at work, get a restorative sleep & vitalize energy levels.
This protocol will be based on your nutrient preferences, incorporating flavor combos you love.
By the end of the 3 months you will understand how to create your own meals at home and out that promote health & longevity. You will reconnect with your hunger & full cues, restoring gratitude for food & how you nourish your body.
Habits
Let’s allow you to fall in love with yourself
We will integrate a variety of neuroscience techniques to develop a blessed attitude, satisfaction, fulfilment, passion, surrender & receivership.
This outline will be based on your time availability, your level of inner work & your willingness to rediscover yourself.
By the end of the 3 months you will reclaim your femininity, divinity & sensuality. You will have clarity on your unique attributes and feel proud to let them shine & positively impact our world.
Weekly Services

You will complete your exercise program fulfilling all levels of fitness.
There will be video instruction with written cues, perceived intensity and tempo to guide you.
There is the option to track your progress if it aligns with you 💚

You will use portion sizes & nutrient education to liberate yourself into food freedom.
You build mindful habits around food, with the option to meal prep if that feels good for you.
The focus is on recognizing how you feel after consumption & making further decisions on what feels good for you.

You will have tasks each day to propel you towards what you would love to create in your life.
This will inspire you to direct your focus & know when to take aligned action.

You will have rituals each day that will allow you to honor your emotions, and allow your need to be met.
You will have prompts to connect with yourself to promote self compassion.

Each week you will have the opportunity to see how all of these lifestyle & mindset shifts are going.
This will allow you to focus more of what’s working & access replace or remove what is not working.

We will connect over a call each week. Here I will support you to inspire solutions, overcoming any limitations you are facing.
